HOW COOL PACK WORKS
Cool Pack uses gel or liquid contained inside a flexible pouch that can be chilled in a freezer. When applied to the affected area, it delivers cold temperature to the skin and underlying tissues, helping slow down blood flow, reduce swelling, and ease pain. The cold also helps numb nerve endings to provide a cooling, soothing effect.
HOW TO USE COOL PACK
Place the Cool Pack in the freezer for the recommended time before use. Once cold, wrap the pack in a thin cloth or towel to protect the skin. Apply it to the affected area for 10 to 20 minutes at a time. Remove and allow the area to return to normal temperature before reapplying if needed. Do not apply the pack directly to bare skin to avoid cold injury.
