STEPS TO USE IT
Sit in a relaxed position with your back supported and feet flat on the floor.
Place the cuff around your upper arm or wrist according to the device instructions.
Ensure the cuff is snug but not too tight.
Rest your arm on a table so the cuff is at heart level.
Press the start button on the monitor.
Remain still and do not talk while the device inflates and measures your blood pressure.
Wait for the reading to appear on the digital display.
Record your readings, especially if tracking trends over time.
